At Industrie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the garments are in original condition with tags attached.

Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

Ship Your Items

Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized postage location or scheduled pickup point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
